Patrick Dempsey Makes My Engine Purr

Dr. McDreamy (AKA Patrick Dempsey) is looking trim and dapper for the unveiling of the first Subaru turbodiesel motor at the Shoko Club in Madrid, Spain. Now, I have no idea what that means exactly because I have pretty much no knowledge of what the hell is going underneath in the engine of my car. I remember vague conversations in which my dad patiently tried to explain to me what a piston does, but as far as I’m concerned, my Corolla is powered by a troop of elves running on espresso and adrenaline. But I can say with 100% confidence that Patrick’s smile could melt glaciers.

Hmm, now he’s looking very cute in that suit and all, but I still don’t understand why we can’t also see him scantily clad, draped over the hood of a shiny car.
