He spent the entire time text-messaging.” A-Rod’s waitress, a smoking-hot, curly-haired brunette, said he avoided alcohol and drank Voss water before leaving. Meanwhile, a 20-year Miami-area lawyer says Rodriguez’s choice of divorce counsel is the talk of legal circles there. “Everyone is wondering why A-Rod added Alan Kluger to his legal team. We understand Ira Elegant, because he represented Shaq [O’Neal], but Kluger?” wondered the source. “He’s a corporate lawyer.
