Furrier to the stars Dennis Basso is getting skinned by the Internal Revenue Service

The baritone-voiced minkmeister is singing the blues now that the feds have imposed a $200,000 lien on his swanky Central Park West apartment, according to public records. Basso - who dressed Meryl Streep in “The Devil Wears Prada” and who shows his new fashion line on Tuesday in Bryant Park - told Page Six, “It’s nothing. I was away. My accountant’s mother had a heart attack. It’s all taken care of.” It shouldn’t be too hard for the dapper Basso to come up with the scratch - just one of his sable coats retails for what he owes the government.
