After their affectionate weekend in Chicago for a music festival, Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson racked up more frequent-flyer miles and touched down in Miami Monday afternoon.

The two – who “aren’t hiding their affection at all,” according to an onlooker – checked into the Delano hotel and are in town to see Ronson’s family.

Monday afternoon, they spent a little more than an hour hanging out at the Delano pool with the entire Ronson clan – a large group of about a dozen people.

“Everyone was having a good time. Lindsay and Sam were very comfortable with the group around. You can tell they’re so in love,” says an onlooker. “Lindsay seemed to really fit in. It seemed like everyone really likes her.”

Gay marriage may be legal in California now, but wedding bells don’t seem to be in Lindsay Lohan and Sam Ronson’s immediate future.

And if the couple were to wed, Lohan’s dad Michael probably wouldn’t play the proud father giving away the bride.

“I haven’t heard anything (about an upcoming wedding) from Lindsay, but if she was marrying Sam, I don’t think she’d ask me to walk her down the aisle,” says Michael. “She knows about my (Christian) faith … she just wouldn’t ask.”

That’s not to say that he doesn’t support Lindsay and a possible relationship with Ronson, he just supports her in more indirect ways.

“I want her to be happy and healthy and stay on the right path,” he says. “If I discuss (her relationship), I say that I want her to be happy.”

It was a romantic day of shopping, dining and partying in New York City for inseparable duo Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson.

The couple’s busy July 28 included a trip to Chanel in SoHo, a late lunch at Bar Pitti and a romantic dinner at Gemma Restaurant.

Holding hands and gazing into each other eyes, the couple dined in a cozy, candlelit corner table at Gemma late Monday evening. The two looked quite happy, sitting next to each other as they chatted and laughed in a dark corner of the popular restaurant alongside Ronson’s brother Mark and a male friend.

After Gemma, Lohan and Ronson continued the party at the Bowery Hotel’s patio bar. Wearing a sky blue T-shirt, white jeans and one of her trademark straw fedoras, Ronson doted on Lohan, often putting her arm around her and laughing with the actress while more friends joined the couple.

They left shortly after midnight, with Lohan toting a Chanel-quilted purse and Ronson following in close pursuit.

They took the Acela train to Boston Wednesday, where Ronson had a gig. “They looked like they were having fun in Penn Station,” said our spy. “They went almost totally unnoticed and got on first class.” Thursday night, the duo ate a quiet dinner together and then hit Shrine at the MGM Grand at Foxwoods. “Lindsay, who was wearing the same shirt that Sam wore the day before, sat in a chair in the deejay booth right next to her and watched her spin. They were very affectionate to one another.”

It could have been the worst clip of her career.

In another chapter of her vehicular vicissitudes, Lindsay Lohan was hospitalized early this morning after a motorcyclist sideswiped her following a night of clubbing, sources said.

With sapphic sidekick Samantha Ronson by her side, Lohan was hit by a moving bike “outside a club on 32nd Street,” the movie starlet’s dad, Michael Lohan, confirmed to The Post.

“She’s not hurt. That’s all I really care about,” Lohan said of his oldest daughter.

LiLo was taken to Beth Israel Medical Center, treated and released at 4 a.m. today, according to a hospital employee.

It was not clear if an accident report was filed.

The “Herbie: Fully Loaded” star has a history of motor-vehicle woes, but usually she’s been in the driver’s seat. In August 2007, she made a plea deal on misdemeanor drunken-driving and cocaine charges that involved two separate busts.

The deal required Lohan to spend a day in jail, complete an 18-month alcohol-education program, pay fines and complete a three-day county coroner program.
Her first DUI arrest came in May 2007 after she crashed her black Mercedes in Beverly Hills following a wild night of partying. The troubled actress had a private car whisk her away to a hospital before cops arrived. Police later recovered cocaine from her car.

Two months later - and just 11 days out of rehab - Lohan was busted for a DUI and driving with a suspended license after she wildly chased her former assistant’s mother. The hot pursuit ended in a near brawl in a Santa Monica, Calif., parking lot and the cops having to be called.

Police said the freckled-face actress failed a field sobriety test and, again, found cocaine on her.
