THE ink’s barely dry on the wedding papers but I can reveal MARIAH CAREY’S marriage to NICK CANNON has hit a rough patch.

It’s just TWO MONTHS since they wed but the couple have already had a string of bust-ups.

Warbler Mariah, 38, met Nick four weeks before they tied the knot and I gather her legendary diva demands are to blame for the marriage crisis.

My source told me: “Things are really bad between them. The honeymoon period was over before it began. Nick’s been surprised at just how demanding his wife is.

“He feels like her skivvy and moans she has him waiting on her hand and foot. Of course, they met not long before they decided to get married so there were always going to be things they needed to learn about each other. It appears Nick’s learned he doesn’t like her very much.”

Touch My Body singer Mariah, 38, met rapper Nick on a music video in March and they married on April 30.

At the time she said: “We feel we are soulmates. I never felt a love like this was on the cards for me.”

Nick, 27, even had ‘Mariah’ tattooed across his shoulders. My source added: “That’s a problem.”

They’re not quite two months into their marriage, but Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon already face trouble, reports Life & Style. Sources tell the magazine that Mariah’s diva demands could cause the pair to split.

“I give the marriage six months, tops,” said a source close to the singer. “I can’t see it lasting.”

The insider claims that the reason behind that gloom-and-doom prediction is Nick’s need to do everything for his diva bride. While Mariah likes being waited on hand and foot, that routine won’t work in the long run.

“Nick does whatever Mariah wants him to — he’s like her puppy,” the insider continued. “It seems like Nick spends more time in the stores with Mariah’s credit card than he does with Mariah herself.”

A source close to the groom doesn’t see the problem, insisting, “(Mariah) needs someone to dote on her.”

Not so, according to Mariah’s pal, who believes Nick needs to be his own man.

“Mariah’s assistants and friends call him ‘Whipped Nick’ behind his back,” the Mariah insider told Life & Style. “They have little respect for him because he won’t stand up for himself.”

Mariah Carey’s Big Apple wedding might be off, according to sources close to Carey. The pop diva and her husband, Nick Cannon, hoped to have a lavish celebration that would involve millions of dollars and dozens of bridesmaids.

“The small wedding in the Bahamas was nice, but it was not Mariah’s style. The lady loves a spectacle,” said a source familiar with Mariah’s plans. What went wrong? The issue of who was picking up the tab.

“Mariah was willing to pay for the wedding, but the way she hoped to pay for the wedding was through the sale of photos. No one was interested,” the source revealed.

That said, Carey and Cannon are still happy and reportedly shopping their way through their first months of marriage. Cannon flew out to Oahu to meet his wife, who was filming a video, but his first order of business was a trip to Macy’s at the Waikiki Kahala Mall in search of “his new line of PNB hoodies,” according to In Touch.

He also stopped by a local Tiffany & Co., where “he spent time choosing a gift for Mariah and put it in a regular paper bag so he could surprise her.”

Is she high? Mariah Carey has sent out over a 100 e-mails to tell her friends that she is registered for wedding gifts at Bergdorf Goodman's. Excuse me? Mariah married husband Nick Cannon in a small ceremony at her private estate in the Bahamas. And there weren't really any guests.

Carey was supposed to have a big wedding party when she got back. Nope. She just wants the gifts. Bitch, I've seen your Cribs episode. You have enough! Damn, how rude is that? People don't even get a buffet but they get to contribute to your Mimi fund?

Sources say that Mariah wants "fine china and very expensive silver stemware." Yeah, and I want a DJ, prime rib, and a chance to catch the bouquet. Get it right!

MARIAH Carey’s friends and colleagues weren’t invited to her impromptu wedding to Nick Cannon, but they can still send a gift. According to an insider, “Mariah’s assistant, Gina, sent out over 100 e-mails to her wealthy friends letting them know that she’s registered at Bergdorf Goodman if they want to buy her a present. It’s odd because she’s not even having a big wedding party or anything. It was assumed they’d have a big celebration when they got back, but no. They just want the gifts.” On the list are “fine china, very expensive silver stemware” and other items. Carey’s rep declined to comment.
