The actress and fiancé Ryan Reynolds hit the Lower East Side spot National Underground the other night “wearing matching bowler hats,” our spy said. Even though Johansson was “dressed down in a black blazer and jeans,” the doorman recognized her. Our spy said that “the doorman asked to take a photo with Scarlett” but that she snapped, “I’m not the Statue of Liberty,” before heading inside.

BEING Woody Allen’s muse has really inflated Scarlett Johansson’s ego. One well-placed source told Page Six that producers on “Vicky Cristina Barcelona,” Johansson’s latest Allen flick, have been grumbling that “Scarlett isn’t the same . . . She’s turned into the biggest prima donna.” The source added that the same producers raved about working with her on “Match Point,” when “everyone said she was a sweetheart . . . now they say, ‘Scarlett’s let it get to her head.’ ” A rep for Johansson told Page Six, “Scarlett loves the movie and enjoyed working with everyone on it.”

The rapper posted a blog on his official site entitled “MY FAVORITE WHITE GIRL!!!!!!!” that consists of her name and dozens of photos of her.

Most of the photos show the 23-year-old Vicky Cristina Barcelona star scantily-clad.

One thing the two have in common?

They both support Barack Obama.

Johansson – whose album came out in May – is engaged to actor Ryan Reynolds. West split from fiancee Alexis Phifer in April.

SCARLETT Johansson has regular e-mail contact with presidential hopeful Barack Obama, but it may be because her twin brother, Hunter, works for him. Johansson said last week she offers Obama advice by e-mail and is “amazed” he finds the time to reply to her. “Someone like the senator, who is constantly traveling and constantly ‘on,’ how can he return these personal e-mails?” she gushed to Politico. Hunter, who was working as a community liaison for Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer for over a year, left that job a few weeks ago. It’s not clear what his position is within the Obama campaign. “He was one of the nicest, most unpretentious employees ever,” said one Stringer staffer. “Nobody cared he was Scarlett’s brother; we all forgot the last name. He wants to go change the world, and I guess the US president is greater than the Manhattan one,” the insider laughed.

Scarlett Johansson and Barack Obama are friends to the end. Apparently, Scarlett and our newest Democratic presidential candidate are e-mail buddies. Reports say that the two frequently exchange electronic communication. Oh shit, is Scarjo going to influence policy if he wins?

Scarlett is a tireless campaigner for Obama. She's appeared in viral videos for him, hosted fundraisers, and even joked to the press that they're engaged. Uh huh. Michelle Obama better take off her pumps and earrings and get ready to bust this big-tittied bitch's ass!

Scarjo does have her misgivings about how it could look for him.

"Even I'm wary of celebrity endorsements," Johansson she said on Friday. "I don't want to seem like I'm holier than thou. We all have the same right to vote and, especially in this technical age where we all can broadcast our opinions, we all have the opportunity to entice others to vote." But, she adds, "if the spotlight is on me, I might as well try to direct it on things and causes that I believe in."

The National Ledger is speculating that this is some kind of Marilyn Monroe/JFK thing, to which I say - HOT! This race needs some spice!

Oh, and if this means Scarjo's engagement to Ryan Reynolds is off, then I am more than available to be a shoulder for his rockhard abs to cry on.
